Core Strength Health and Fitness wants to help people make positive changes in their health and fitness based upon their wants and needs, We want to empower people to reach their goals and help them in the journey to reach them and be the best that they can be. Exercise should be enjoyable and never a punishment for your body because of unhealthy lifestyle choices. By doing our homework on clients we hope to be able to deliver appropriately tailored exercise programs that suit them. Core Strength Health and Fitness offers group training and personal training with an emphasis on personal. The diploma in fitness gives us a broad scope of practice including; group fitness instructor, personal trainer, S.E.T. specialist exercise trainer, Pilates instructor, older adult trainer, Danny Spinato has over 20 years’ experience in martial arts and also has a black belt 1st Dan in Chinese boxing and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. We are proficient at postural screening tests and flexibility testing so as to be able to prescribe the best possible exercise for clients with chronic conditions.
